By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PM Resume Intelligence provides AI-powered resume analysis for product managers. You may upload resumes (e.g. PDF), receive scores and feedback, and use the results for your own job search. We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the right to use; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
You retain ownership of the resumes and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your resume content to train public AI models in a way that identifies you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is.” Our analysis and scores are for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not guarantee job offers or hiring decisions. We do not provide legal, career, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Resume Intelligence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
