By using PM Resume Intelligence (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
PM Resume Intelligence provides AI-powered resume analysis for product managers. You may upload resumes (e.g. PDF), receive scores and feedback, and use the results for your own job search. We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
3. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the right to use; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g. analysis, storage if you save results). We do not use your resume content to train public AI models in a way that identifies you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Our analysis and scores are for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not guarantee job offers or hiring decisions. We are not responsible for how you use the feedback or for outcomes of your job search. We do not provide legal, career, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Resume Intelligence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
8. Changes and contact
