Question 1

How does PM Resume Intelligence score my bullet points?

Accepted Answer

Each bullet is evaluated against PM hiring signals: quantified impact, ownership scope, product judgment, and clarity. Weak or vague lines are flagged with plain-English reasons and, where useful, paste-ready rewrites so you can raise your PM ATS Score before you apply.

Question 2

Is my resume data kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use your resume only to generate your AI Resume Review. We don’t sell or share it with third parties. You can stop using the product anytime; contact support if you want stored session data removed.

Question 3

How accurate is the AI feedback compared to a real hiring manager?

Accepted Answer

The rubric mirrors patterns senior PMs and hiring managers use when scanning resumes: impact, ownership, clarity, and role fit. It won’t replace a human interview loop, but it surfaces the same classes of issues reviewers flag in the first pass — usually in under 30 seconds.

Question 4

How is this different from generic resume checkers?

Accepted Answer

Most checkers optimize for keywords or generic grammar. We calibrate to product-management storytelling: quantified outcomes, scope of ownership, roadmap judgment, and interview-risk topics specific to APM through Senior PM roles.

Question 5

Will this work for non-PM roles?

Accepted Answer

The product is tuned for product managers. Adjacent roles (product ops, growth, founder-PM) can still get useful structure feedback, but the strongest signal is for PM resumes.

Question 6

What file types are supported?

Accepted Answer

PDF with selectable text, max 5 MB. Image-only scans won’t extract cleanly — export from Word or Google Docs as text PDF first.

Question 7

What do I get in 30 seconds?

Accepted Answer

An overall score (0–100), your top strengths, the highest-priority fixes, and at least one rewritten bullet you can paste back into your resume.

Question 8

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

You can start a score check from the homepage. Signing in unlocks a smoother save-and-iterate flow once you’re ready to revise and re-score.

Question 9

Can I see if my changes actually improved my score?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you fix your resume, use "Update resume & re-score" on your results page. We compare the new report to your previous one — overall score delta, section changes (fewer red flags, more metrics detected), and which action items you addressed. Your first re-score per thread is free on Starter.

Question 10

How often can I analyze my resume?

Accepted Answer

The free Starter plan includes one full analysis per day plus one re-score comparison per resume thread. Pro (waitlist) will unlock unlimited runs, version history, and deeper rewrite tools when billing goes live.

Question 11

Can I review resumes in different languages?

Accepted Answer

You can upload other languages, but feedback quality is strongest for English PM resumes today.

Question 12

Does it help with cover letters too?

Accepted Answer

This version focuses on resumes. You can reuse rewritten bullets and framing tips inside a cover letter, but we don’t score cover-letter text yet.
