We use your data to provide analysis, store results if you have an account, improve the product with aggregated anonymized insights, communicate support/updates, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data or resume content. See our Terms of Service.

Your resume is processed by our AI to generate your analysis. We do not use your resume content to train public or third-party AI models in a way that identifies you. Model-improvement use is aggregated and anonymized.

We may share data with service providers under confidentiality, authorities when required by law, or a successor in a merger with notice where appropriate. We do not sell or rent your data.

We retain resume content and analysis only as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by law. We use industry-standard measures (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls).

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact support@pm-resume-intelligence.com. EU/UK users may have additional GDPR rights.

The Service is not intended for users under 16. Data may be processed outside your residence; we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
